IT Contract Manager

A company is looking for a System Manager Supply Chain IT Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of IT contracts, amendments, renewals, and transactions

Collaborate with IT, business leadership, finance, and legal to ensure timely contract processing

Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to contracting activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration

10 years of work experience in Contracting and Program Management

5 years of work experience in Information Technology

High level of professional knowledge in RFPs / RFIs, contracts, negotiations, and legal terminology

Solid working knowledge of Information Technology in business and / or healthcare settings
