Job Title : Quality Control Technician

Job Description

Perform mechanical testing of extruded aluminum materials per customer specifications and Aluminum Standards Association guidelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate tensile testing equipment safely and accurately.

Conduct quality inspections throughout processing stages.

Document and retrieve data per customer requirements.

Collaborate across teams to resolve quality issues.

Maintain cleanliness in lab and manufacturing areas.

Support and promote the Quality Management System.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in quality control, laboratory, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with GMP and Quality Control Documentation.

Proficiency in production and quality assurance processes.

Ability to train and apply measurement techniques aligned with ASA tolerances.

Strong organizational, math, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50 / hr.
