By helping students with autism build confidence, strength, and independence.

What You'll Do :

  • Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each student's motor and mobility goals
  • Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals
  • Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Support classroom and residential accommodations

    • What You'll Need :

  • Associate's degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education)
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Three years of pediatric experience preferred (experience with autism or developmental disabilities a plus).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills.
