Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

• Need is due to growth for support in the North and pulling resources from Milwaukee-YES. Needs for this are only at our Main Milwaukee Campus though

• Ongoing through end of 2025 and potentially following 12 weeks of 2026-YES

• Looking for fulltime coverage 2 candidates to split schedule- SBAR submitted was for 2.7 FTE of locum help. We will take what we can get and split it differently if needed. Our thought was for three 0.9 FTEs?

o 3x12s or 2x24s options

12-hour days 6am to 6am

15-hour nights 4pm to 7am overlap for sign outs

o Every 3rd weekend plus additional as needed- Weekends included. However, locum would be filling in shifts after our full-time staff has scheduled. However, if locum wants more weekends, or to clump, we can try to accommodate.

o 12-week blocks

o 9 NNPs on during days

o 2 NNPs on during nights- building up to 3 NNPs on nocs. Request for 7 nights per 12-week schedule. If locum desires more, will accommodate

o Inborn and out born

o BLS, NRP required

o DEA required

o Will need to be dual credentialed with Froedert Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee-YES
