A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:
- Greet and engage clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Understand client needs and propose signage solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage job tickets through to production
- Coordinate with our design and production team to ensure jobs meet specs and deadlines
- Build strong relationships that turn one-time customers into repeat business
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
