[job_card.job_description]Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short videos (30 sec - 3 min) for fundraising, social media, and events Brainstorm fresh ways to showcase our programs, impact, and community stories Work closely with our founder and team to align visuals with brand tone Stay on top of trends in nonprofit video storytelling (and maybe even start one of your own) Experience recording, editing, and producing professional or semi-professional video content Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small but mighty team Strong communication skills and the confidence to pitch new ideas Passion for personal growth, empowerment, and community connection Bonus points if you love music, storytelling, or have a knack for humor Portfolio-worthy projects A chance to help shape the voice and presence of a growing nonprofit Flexible hours and total creative input Purpose-driven work that actually feels good Our eternal gratitude-and probably brownies.
