If you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you! What you will do as a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor / Seeking Teachers and College Students:

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

What we are looking for in a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor / Seeking Teachers and College Students:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium. Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
