As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your visible presence and friendly communication will support customer service, while your role will require you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities.   • What You'll Do :
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution center, including both indoor work areas and the surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
  • Report any observed hazards, incidents, or suspicious activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry or exit, maintaining awareness of all persons on the premises.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and staff, providing information and guidance as required.
  • Document observations and incidents in daily activity reports, ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping as per Allied Universal standards.
  • Minimum Requirements :
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
