Part Time Paraprofessional - Kindergarten

Teacher Assistant / Paraprofessional Certification & Parapro Exam (grade 461 or above) or Associates or Bachelors degree with education related courses. PART TIME POSITION The Cumberland School Department is seeking personnel to work with our kindergarten students. The job will involve the following duties / responsibilities : 1. Assist in classroom duties under the supervision of the classroom teacher 2. Assist and supervise kindergarten students during lunch and recess 3. Escort students to the lunchroom 4. Assist students in moving to different locations within the school building (ie : bathroom) 5. Other duties as may be assigned by the classroom teacher, building administrator and / or the Superintendent of Schools.
