Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Medical Assistant to support their orthopedic and plastic surgery clinic. The primary responsibilities include assisting with patient rooming, demographic information documentation, and various patient care tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Rooming patients and collecting demographic information.

Specimen collection and recording vitals.

Preparing and administering vaccines and medication.

Handling prior authorizations and patient referrals.

Providing front office administrative support as needed.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to either 4 : 00 PM or 5 : 00 PM, depending on the day.

401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1 / 1, 4 / 1, 7 / 1, and 10 / 1).
