• We are currently seeking accounting professionals who have nonprofit

/ not for profit experience to be able to support that client group. Both

full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Depending on the specific

client assignments, we offer a hybrid work model where one has the flexibility

to work remotely some days, on-site at client locations and / or in our office -

allowing for a balanced and adaptable work environment.

Location :  Rochester, NY office .

most of our positions at Insero, one can work in the office every day or if you

like, in a hybrid structure working up to 3 days from home.

including collaborative work areas, a recreation room, and firm-paid

underground parking in a secure garage. Plus, we’re just steps away from some

Client Accounting Services :

Our Client Accounting Services Group has been around for over 20 years and is

made up of dedicated personnel whose only assignments are supporting our client

base. We are full-time CPAs, CMAs, Accountants and Business Managers. We

understand the issues that Controllers and CFOs face every day – and our

technology, experience and flexibility add real value. Accounting Consulting for us is

not something that fills our downtime; it is our focus all year long. Our

services range from bookkeeping to budgeting and forecasting. Our Client Accounting Services Team ensures our clients have the information and advice

they require to run their business / organization.

Responsibilities :   (would vary based on the

specific client engagements that change during the year)

based accounting work for various local clients.

on engagement, you may assist with recording and posting journal entries,

performing month close process (or setting up / reviewing), A / P, A / R, payroll,

preparing bank reconciliations, etc.

to prepare a full accrual, month end close.

an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and financial

information reporting.

the general ledger process, identify, clean up and resolve irregularities that

occur to ensure the financial statements.

reporting / compliance requirements with client internal departments, all the

while providing quality service and maintaining satisfied clients.

clients with their financial statement reporting processes including cash flow

and disclosures.

and maintaining clients' annual operating plan / budgets.

accounting efforts with external auditors, tax preparers, supervision of staff,

and regular communications with owners and financial institutions.

of operational, financial, and technological processes to provide management

with assessment of business risk, internal control, and the overall

effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.

be involved with establishing or upgrading accounting ledgers or systems for

clients.
