Location : Remote in Las Vegas, NV (with occasional in-office work)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Job Summary :

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry / Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who’s ready to build a solid foundation in accounting and administrative support. You’ll be responsible for entering financial data, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day tasks. You will report directly to the Chief Accountant, receiving guidance and mentorship to help you grow in your role.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter invoices, receipts, and other financial data into accounting systems.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
