LEAD INTAKE SPECIALIST

Packard Culligan Water is looking to fill a new role in our organization! Do you have a flair for turning cold leads into hot prospects? Are you the person that everyone loves to talk to? Are you amazing at finding hidden opportunities in sales? If so, we want you to join our Dealership Support Center (DSC) team as a Lead Intake Specialist!

As our Lead Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to make them say, "Wow! I can't wait to work with Packard Culligan Water!" You'll be responsible for gathering essential information, understanding their needs, and seamlessly passing them to our top-notch sales team.

What is the Lead Intake Specialist responsible for?

• Lead Investigation : Dive deep into the ocean of leads to identify promising opportunities.
• Charm Offensive : Build rapport with potential customers, making them feel like part of the Packard Culligan Water family.
