Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

This growing, patient-focused hearing healthcare organization is seeking 2-3 licensed providers to support its expanding physical office model in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly supported, low-pressure sales environment with strong earning potential and significant autonomy.

Position Highlights

• Floating between various offices in the greater Dallas area
• One office per day
• Schedules provided in advance
• Call center handles all scheduling; you focus solely on patient care
• Equipment is already onsite
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine hearing diagnostics
• Counsel patients on hearing loss and treatment options
• Fit and demonstrate hearing aids (demo devices)
• Follow up with patients for final fittings once devices arrive

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base salary plus commission
• Expected total compensation: $90,000-$95,000+ annually
