Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented accountant with a passion for numbers and a knack for accuracy? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is integral to our finance team and will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties including Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Audits. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAGE and other accounting software, and have a strong understanding of financial statements.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting any significant variances to management.

3. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

4. Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Conduct in-depth financial accounting, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

6. Participate in the budgeting process, assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

7. Conduct financial analysis, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

8. Use accounting software to maintain financial records and prepare reports.

9. Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

10. Assist in financial audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

3. Proficiency in SAGE and other accounting software.

4. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Audits.

5. Excellent understanding of financial statements.

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.

7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
