What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility

Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other team members during your shift

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Assess, plan, and document resident care following facility and state standards

Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Promote restorative care to help residents maintain their independence

Maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being at all times

What We’re Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

A dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Compassion for seniors and a passion for quality care

Reliable and punctual with strong communication and leadership skills
