Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our client’s growing Supply Chain Engineering team in the Life Sciences sector. This is an onsite role requiring daily collaboration with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D. The engineer will investigate non-conforming materials and part failures, working with prototype analog / digital circuits, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
Responsibilities include :
Investigate PCBA failures (e.g., power supplies, hard drives) and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers (MEs) on issues such as grounding or chassis-related failures
Must Haves :
Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes
Familiarity with DFMs and best practices for board layouts using tools such as Cadence, Altium, or OrCAD
Compensation :
$60.00 / hr to $70.00 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
