This position will require you to be onsite 4 days per week.

What this job involves :

Lead strategic occupancy planning initiatives as a Senior Occupancy Planner with JLL where youll serve as a trusted advisor driving workplace optimization for Fortune 500 clients. Youll leverage deep expertise in space supply and demand analytics to develop comprehensive occupancy strategies that maximize real estate efficiency while supporting business growth objectives. This senior-level role positions you as a subject matter expert and team leader fostering critical relationships across Corporate Real Estate Business Unit leadership and Project Management teams. Your strategic thinking and data-driven solutions will directly impact multi-million dollar real estate portfolios contributing to JLLs reputation as the global leader in corporate real estate services while advancing your career in workplace strategy and analytics.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Strategic Planning Leadership : Develop and manage occupancy strategies for rolling three-year planning horizons creating migration plans stacking diagrams and space allocation plans that align with corporate guidelines and maximize space utilization
• Portfolio Analysis & Optimization : Analyze client portfolios to identify space optimization opportunities develop site-specific planning strategies and resolve complex occupancy issues identified in client planning sessions
• Stakeholder Relationship Management : Foster critical relationships with Corporate Real Estate teams Business Unit leadership Corporate Finance and Project Management to collect forecasts resolve discrepancies and align planning strategies
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare quarterly reports on headcount projections supply and capacity metrics and major initiatives using CAFM / IWMS systems and advanced Excel analytics to drive strategic decision-making
• Mobility Program Implementation : Support mobility programs through badge data analysis and utilization studies translating findings into actionable planning recommendations that increase productivity
• Policy Leadership : Recommend educate and enforce space policies standards and protocols across the organization while serving as subject matter expert on workplace programs and compliance requirements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with move coordination facility management and occupancy planning teams to develop portfolio-wide strategies conduct facility audits and ensure seamless project implementation
