Lead Physical Therapist - Calhoun Outpatient Rehab

Job Description

Evaluates, establishes, and implements treatment programs for patients of all ages as a practicing therapist while accepting leadership responsibility (approximately 10% of their workload) that varies as described below :

Satellite OP Clinic Lead Therapist : Supervises the staff physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), physical therapist assistants (PTA), certified occupational therapist assistants (COTA), speech language pathologists (SLP), rehab aides, and other disciplines as necessary in the delivery of patient care at our satellite clinics. Completes ongoing and yearly evaluations for all other therapists and the rehabilitation aides at the outpatient clinic while providing input for the office coordinator evaluation. Oversees day to day operations at the clinic. Ensures that patient satisfaction is kept at an elevated level and any customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Develops staff meetings as needed for the team. Participates in the hiring process with the Program Leader over the Satellite Clinics.

Licensure / Certification

• Licensed as a Therapist by the Georgia State Board of their given education.
