Floating policy : Travelers float first to other ICU S or to step down. Patient Experience requirements : Neurology experienced ICU nurses preferred. Hospital Specifics-Certifications : NIHSS, ACLSHiring profileRequested Skill Set : Must have : ACLS, BLS, ICU experience Advanced skills needed : Care of Neurology post thrombectomy and TPA patients. Post Neurosurgery patients. Procedures performed on unit : CRRT, Bedside EVD s, A-line monitoring.
