Litigation Attorney - Business, Real Estate & Bankruptcy

• Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney with 5 or more years of experience to take ownership of a litigation-heavy docket involving business disputes and real estate related issues. This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful role with direct client exposure, autonomy, and the support of a well-rounded legal team.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead litigation matters from pre-litigation strategy through trial preparation.
• Draft, research, and argue motions in state and federal court.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Conduct and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations.
• Work closely with our transactional team to align litigation strategy with client business objectives.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial work as needed.
• Qualifications
• Active member of the California Bar.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in business, real estate, and / or bankruptcy-related matters.
• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Salary of $200,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses.
