    • Pay Range : $29.47 / hr to $41.33 / hr depending on experience

    Hours : Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm with a one-hour lunch. We also offer the opportunity to work from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm with a 30-minute lunch

    Primary Job Function : The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. All while maintaining the quality of work and representing the company in a manner that promotes good relations.

    Responsibilities :

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on various residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering high-quality service to our valued customers
  • Make product recommendations and educate customers about HVAC options to help them make informed decisions
  • Test HVAC systems after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functionality and performance
  • Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions clearly
  • Document all work performed, including repairs made, parts used, and any additional recommendations or follow-ups
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for clients and team members
  • Provide training to entry-level service technicians

    • Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 3+ years' of experience with residential and light commercial HVAC
  • Willingness to travel to the service area
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Ability to read and interpret new construction plans in regards to HVAC installation
  • Ability to work well with technology and adapt to change
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to lift 58 lbs
  • NATE Certification is a plus!
