What You'll Do

• Onboard and Support Clients: Welcome new clients, walk them through policy setup, explain coverages, and verify billing or inspection needs.
• Manage Policy Changes and Renewals: Assist clients with updates, review rate increases, and present options like bundling or deductible adjustments to save money.
• Strengthen Client Relationships: Provide value with every interactionask for reviews, referrals, and uncover opportunities to cross-sell other products like life, Medicare, or business insurance.
• Retention and Problem Solving: Help resolve cancellation concerns by comparing coverage options and identifying ways to retain clients through improved solutions.

What Were Looking For

• Required: Active California Property & Casualty License
• Preferred: Previous insurance or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and texting platforms
• Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent client care
