Summary : Plan and coordinate activities concerned with installing equipment (Cooling Towers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers), investigating, and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties by performing the following duties :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

• Responsible for on-site field visits to supervise the installation of equipment.

Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment and perform routine repairs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED; or at least five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Intermediate Skills : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basics algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Intermediate Skills : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to obtain passport and major credit card (car rental), ability to attend and pass simple safety orientation exams at customer locations. Must also be able to obtain industry required certifications, such as TWIC, to gain entry access to customer locations.

TRAVEL

Must be able to travel 70% of time

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

The manufacturing plant is located at the Port of Catoosa near Tulsa, Oklahoma.
