Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a LVN / LPN - Outpatient Clinic for their Kernersville, NC location.

Requirements :

• Minimum Years of Experience : 2 Years Minimum Experience REQUIRED
• Work Setting Skills REQUIRED : Outpatient Clinic
• Genitourinary / Renal Skills REQUIRED : Foley catheter insertion female, Foley catheter insertion male, Obtain / Instruct clean catch urine & TURP patients
• IV therapy / Phlebotomy Skills REQUIRED : Phlebotomy
• Medication Administration Skills REQUIRED : IM & SQ, Oral & Subcutaneous
• Respiratory Skills REQUIRED : Face masks, Nasal Cannula & Oxygen administration
• Professional Topics and Skills REQUIRED : Communication of patient status changes to RN / MD, De-Escalation Protocols, Follow up phone calls, Interpretation of laboratory results, Labeling of specimens, Medication reconciliation, Pain Assessment Management, Patient Health Questionnaire / History / Allergies, Pharmacy calls / patient refill requests, Telephone Triage & Vital Sign monitoring
• Certs : BLS
• Preferred skills / certs / exp : Oncology Skills : Surgical Oncology
