As a Special Credits Specialist you will get to support Credits Officers with administration of problem credit loans, along with preparing management reports and administration of reporting. You're a team player and you get to participate in the ownership of Chase's internal customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and resolution of issues. Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the loan process and follow up on vendor work to ensure completion.
• Coordinate loan documentation and facilitate successful loan closings.
• Generate and work reports to support the workout process, including maturity, delinquency, and exceptions.
• Contact customers via email or letter to request required financial information.
• Process advances, payments, overdrafts, invoices, check requests, booking packages, maintenance requests, and research requests.
• Handle mail processing, including sending legal packages and loan documentation to outside counsel.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in all activities.
• Multi-task efficiently and maintain a strong sense of urgency in daily operations.
• Pass quality control and quality assurance tests on all tasks performed.
