SUMMARY

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a strategic and technically adept Manager - Business Analytics, Data & Integration to lead our data science and reporting teams in delivering high-impact analytics and AI-driven solutions. This role is pivotal in transforming data and integrations into actionable insights that drive decision-making across our real estate consulting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, analytics platforms, and team leadership within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, data engineers, and reporting analysts.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture.
• Oversee resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.

Analytics Strategy & Execution

Technology & Data Infrastructure

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business leaders, consultants, and clients to understand analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

COMPENSATION

Salary range : $140,000 - $170,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program, which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
