We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-centric Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Beaverton clinic. This position combines operational excellence with a seamless patient experience, ensuring smooth daily workflows, efficient administrative systems, and a welcoming environment for staff and patients alike. You'll partner closely with our Director of Operations and clinical leadership team to uphold our high standards in patient service, staff development, and financial performance.

Primary Job Responsibilities :
Oversee all daily clinic operations, including scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and facility upkeepEnsure consistent adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational proceduresManage EMR scheduling, reports, and documentation accuracyMonitor and maintain product and supplement inventory; order supplies per established PAR levelsHandle patient registration, insurance verification, billing submissions, and revenue cycle tasks in coordination with our billing partnersRecruit, onboard, and train front office and support staff in accordance with company standardsFoster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, learning, and patient care excellenceConduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedbackManage staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during clinic hoursSupport patient experience excellenceensuring every visit feels personalized, professional, and efficientParticipate in local marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote clinic visibility and patient acquisitionChampion the Medi-Weightloss brand by modeling service, integrity, and enthusiasmJob Qualifications :
Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience in a healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented environment requiredExceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills are critical for successProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems requiredExperience with QuickBooks or basic financial reporting requiredBachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferredExperience with insurance verification, billing, or claims processing preferredBackground in weight management, aesthetics, or medical office operations a plusAbility to work SaturdaysWhat We Offer :
