[job_card.job_description]The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of the surroundings 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes nearly 200 providers representing multiple specialties. A strong employed physician base means built-in referrals and excellent collaboration on patient care. In a recent survey, we ranked in the 95th percentile in employee engagement and in the 91st percentile in physician satisfaction. Seeking a BE / BC Urologist to join fantastic team in central Illinois, looking to expand the service. Build your practice the way you prefer and choose how busy you want to be. High earning potential for a motivated and efficient physician.
- 7 on, 7 off schedule
- $700,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- $100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years)
- Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
