Chemical Program Manager

Our client is a global leader in the production of mineral based products. They have facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia. They are looking to add an Program Manager to their facility near Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, focusing on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives. NOTE : While this position holds the title of Manager, this person does not have direct reports - this is managing capital projects and continuous improvement projects.

Engineering Manager / Program Manager / Chemical Engineer / Manager / Maintenance / Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing / Green Belt / Black Belt / Continuous Improvement / Chemical Manufacturing / Engineer / Operations / Production / Engineering

• A Chemical Engineering degree is strongly preferred - may consider other engineering degrees

As the Chemical Program Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

Develop and coordinate engineering policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures

Be a part of capital and maintenance projects

Recommend, development, and manage continuous improvement plans

Salary Range : $130,000 - $150,000 + yearly bonus
