Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineering Manager position include :

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 10+ years of experience in mechanical or industrial engineering
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing complex design tasks and ensuring continuous development
• Experience with bulk material handling, pneumatic conveying, piping systems, and power plant / mechanical system design
• Coordinate with electrical and structural sub-consultants and manage client communications and expectations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AutoPipe; ability to oversee CAD drafting, drawing checks, and document control
• Design systems using fluid dynamics, airflow, water flow, and process engineering principles for industrial sites
• Travel 3-4 times a year for site visits, troubleshooting, or startup support—typically lasting about a week
• Manage project timelines, budgets, equipment sizing, and ensure all work aligns with industry codes and client needs

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
