The Entry Level Account Manager will develop into a technical consultant for your territory, skilled in trend analysis and account oversight, and charged with delivering a clear, powerful narrative on fiber's dominance over legacy cable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager

• Execute high-energy residential outreach to acquire new AT&T Fiber accounts and maintain professional relationships with existing customers in assigned territories.
• Conduct home technology audits to determine bandwidth needs and recommend AT&T Fiber symmetrical speed tiers that optimize the user experience.
• Manage the full account lifecycle, from initial professional consultation and service design to enrollment and post-installation follow-up.
• Utilize sales platforms to monitor account status and track territory penetration while ensuring all data meets AT&T quality and compliance standards.
• Educate residents on the technical benefits of AT&T Fiber, focusing on its 99.9% reliability and the low latency required for modern smart homes.
• Participate in daily leadership workshops focused on account reconciliation, team motivation, and professional conflict resolution within the AT&T network.
