Position : Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) Location : Austell, GA Compensation : $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule : Full Time, 40-55 hours per week (Monday-Friday, overtime opportunities) Regional Travel : Required, typically 10-15 days per month ($59 per diem on travel days) Eligible for our travel bonus! On the 5th day of out-of-town travel and beyond per month, you could earn a $100 out-of-town travel bonus per day of travel.

We're hiring a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) to play a key role in providing landscaping and maintenance expertise to service our clients' stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. This position is a driving force behind our Stormwater teams success. If you have prior experience in Landscaping, as a Lawn Maintenance Technician, Construction Worker, General Laborer, or Groundskeeper, or if you enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do :

  • Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members, communicating and enforcing all safety regulations.
  • Plan, direct, and schedule routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other stormwater assets)
  • Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties.
  • Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
  • Travel from the shop to client sites locally and regionally using the company truck. 10-15 days per month is typical (Monday - Friday).

    • What we're looking for :

  • 2-5 years of experience with outdoor manual labor.
  • Due to DOT interstate transportation requirements, employees must meet the minimum requirement of 21 years of age.
  • Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. We are a drug-free workplace.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
  • Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and work in a variety of weather conditions.
