Computer Engineer Tech

Responsibilities include :

• Support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems applications and administrative tasks
• Troubleshoot and document system failures
• Support of virtualization and SAN technology
• Software testing and configuration
• Maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
• Evaluate and improve network performance
• Support existing attraction architecture renovations and updates. Understand hardware and firmware currently in use and ensure updates as appropriate for upgraded and obsolete equipment. Remain current with latest technology regarding hardware software and security.
• Support acceptance testing and regular auditing of existing control networks for predictive maintenance purposes
• Support enhancement and maintenance of existing wired and wireless networks
• Provide sustainment support for all attractions including training Controls and Tech Services personnel
• Maintain configuration management of hardware and software documentation
• Perform regular data backups to protect the organizations information
• Partner with IT to ensure proper access accountability and processes
• Ensure Engineering & Tech Services PCs integrate with various tools and programs that are required with technology in the field
• Providing technical direction and training to coworkers
• Be willing to work nights weekends and peak periods as required. Be on call for park support.
• Perform other duties as assigned
