Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families of all ages-from children to seniors.
  • Manage chronic conditions, acute health issues, and mental wellness with a patient-centered focus.
  • Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create customized care plans.
  • Engage with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to provide thorough health support.
  • Join in quality improvement efforts aimed at advancing patient care and operational excellence.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and current patient documentation.
  • Offer care services both in-person and virtually, adapting to patient needs and preferences.
Education Requirements
  • MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
  • Completion of an accredited family medicine residency program.
Certifications
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Possession of (or eligibility for) an active California medical license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications highly preferred.
Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in diagnostic and clinical abilities with a focus on preventive healthcare.
  • Familiarity with value-driven healthcare models and a passion for ongoing enhancement.
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technologically adept with experience in EMRs and telehealth platforms.
