Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with vendors to resolve problems
Integrate various software systems and maintain advertising platform tags
Lead the identification, sourcing, and evaluation of new technology solutions
Required Qualifications
At least three years of experience managing business software (CRM, VOIP, etc.)
Must have a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet
Good quality headset and microphone required
Must speak passable English
Ability to learn and manage multiple software systems
