Are you a proven sales closer ready to earn $150K-$200K+ in your first year? Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking a results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Westchester County.

    • What You'll Do

  • Present bathroom remodeling solutions to qualified homeowners in their homes
  • Close sales on the first visit using our proven One-Call Close methodology
  • Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage your schedule to maximize earnings and results
  • Transform homes and lives with high-quality, affordable bathroom renovations

    • What We're Looking For

    Required :

  • 3+ years in-home sales experience (one-call close strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong time management
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Saturday availability as needed

    • Preferred :

  • Home improvement or bathroom remodeling sales experience
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches
