Analytical Chemist Technician III -A Shift

We are looking for an experienced Chemical Analysis Engineering Specialist. In this role you will work with engineers to conduct experiments, perform quality testing, and make chemical adjustments related to wafer manufacturing processes. Additionally, you may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing processes.

This Chemical Analysis Engineering Specialist opportunity will be located at our facility in Bloomington, MN and report to the Wafer Plating / CMP / Wet-Etch Process Engineering Manager.

This is a A-Shift position : Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 : 30 AM to 6 : 30PM plus alternating Thursdays from 6 : 30 AM to 6 : 30PM

About the role - you will :

• Perform scheduled chemical analysis of plating baths.
• Make additions of chemicals to plating baths to maintain correct levels.
• Monitor real time data (pH, flow, temperature, etc.) from process tools, utilizing SCADA software and taking corrective actions for out-of-control situations.
• Maintain and calibrate inline chemical measurement and dosing systems.
• Maintain laboratory chemical analysis equipment.
• Make chemical standards used in calibration of analytical equipment.
• Perform record keeping in lab systems / logs.
• Work with engineers and specialists to develop and standardize best practices across shifts.

The estimated base wage range for this position is $24.04 to $34..00 / hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
