Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to improve our construction processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where machine learning can be applied to improve processes and operations

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights

- Work with data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity for machine learning projects

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make necessary improvements

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to enhance our processes and operations

- Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or data science

- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as regression, clustering, and neural networks

- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and Java

- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other tools

- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
