The Absinthe Group is seeking an experienced and service-driven Front of House Manager to support multiple restaurant locations. We are looking for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in quality-driven establishments who takes pride in excellence — from guest experience to wine and bar program execution.

The Role
As Front of House Manager, you will:
- Oversee and execute seamless service across assigned locations
- Ensure all aspects of service are fully prepared and professionally delivered
- Lead, inspire, and support FOH teams on the floor
- Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of General Management
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Front of House staff with fairness and consistency
- Maintain and elevate service standards, systems, and procedures
- Contribute to and support wine and beverage program excellence
- Respond thoughtfully and effectively to guest, staff, and vendor matters
- Manage administrative responsibilities with accuracy and accountability
- Drive a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and hospitality
The Ideal Candidate
You are:
- A hospitality-first leader with a warm, confident presence
- Currently working as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a fine dining environment
- Experienced (minimum 3 years) in high-volume fine dining
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, and beverage
- Committed to maintaining exceptional service standards
- Organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Motivated to grow within a fast-paced, quality-driven restaurant group
