    We are seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of Data & ML Platforms to lead our digital transformation initiatives and enhance our end-to-end customer experience. In this critical role, you will define and execute a forward-thinking data strategy that empowers vital business functions, including loan origination, decisioning, customer analytics, and risk management.

    You will lead a dynamic and diverse team of over 120 talented engineering professionals, providing both technical expertise and strategic direction. Your responsibilities will encompass financial oversight and resource management for large-scale, high-impact projects.

    We are looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in technology-driven transformation, who can translate complex data landscapes into actionable strategies that resonate with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Your deep technical knowledge in data and machine learning, combined with exceptional leadership skills, will be essential in driving impactful and complex programs. A customer-centric approach, coupled with a passion for digital innovation and client loyalty, will set you apart as a key driver for our future success.
