• 24-hour call coverage shifts with 7 am - 7 am schedule
• 1 - 3 ER consultations per day with 0 - 2 admissions daily
• Hospital setting with pediatric floor and nursery levels I and II
• 8 - 10 well babies census level I, 0 - 1 daily in level II
• No delivery attendance required OB-GYN hospitalist handles
• Round on newborns within 12 hours, critical babies within 3 hours
• Out-of-house call availability with hotel accommodation
• Ongoing coverage potential with 7 - 10 shifts monthly
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
