Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Applications System - Cloud Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise-level cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Azure and AWS cloud environments with strong technical expertise in system stability cloud operations migrations and security management .

This role involves ensuring platform stability supporting new solution deployments conducting UAT / ORT testing and maintaining robust monitoring and performance optimization practices. The Cloud Engineer will also collaborate with development teams vendors and customers to deliver scalable secure and resilient cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities :

Support deployment and integration of new cloud solutions including UAT and ORT testing.
Develop and execute Test Plans Test Cases and Production Verifications to ensure quality and readiness.
Maintain overall platform stability performance and security across Azure and AWS environments.
Interface with development product and vendor teams to ensure operational reliability and scalability.
Engineer operational requirements monitor system health and create detailed technical documentation.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure monitoring patching configuration and upgrades.
Conduct performance tuning capacity planning and incident response to maintain high availability.
Lead post-outage reviews (POR) and create Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for service incidents.
Provide support for web portals orchestration platform applications APIs and networking needs.
Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for cloud maintenance and support.

Mandatory Skills

8 years of experience in engineering or development roles .

5 years of experience with core cloud technologies (AWS and / or Azure).

4 years of hands-on experience with Azure core services in high-traffic production environments.

3 years of experience in cloud application migrations using native cloud patterns.

Proven ability to maintain stability performance and supportability of enterprise cloud systems.

Strong troubleshooting analytical and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills

Recognized cloud certifications such as :

Azure Solutions Architect Azure Security Engineer Azure Developer

AWS Solution Architect AWS Networking AWS Security

Experience with Docker Kubernetes or other containerization tools.

Familiarity with API integration orchestration and DevOps automation tools .

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of incident management RCA reporting and monitoring tools .
