Marketing Automation Manager
The Marketing Automation Manager develops, executes, and optimizes marketing automation programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and the existing marketing technology stack. This role builds engaging customer journeys for email and push notification channels, manages contact data, and measures campaign performance to support company growth and retention goals.

Your impact :
- Own and optimize Dinova's outbound marketing platforms and integrations.
- Develop and implement marketing automation workflows, triggers, and personalized customer experiences for email and push notification channels
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) instance (functionality, integration, security)
- Conduct QA on all automations to ensure accuracy and proper functionality
- Work with development team in an agile process to deliver platform improvements that enable more advanced targeting and content
- Manage segmentation, database growth, and hygiene within SFMC
- Stay current on SFMC trends and capabilities
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute outbound communications that leverage full potential of SFMC
- Analyze data and customer insights to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare reports on performance metrics and strategic insights for leadership.
- Conduct A / B testing for email and campaign components (subject lines, CTAs, messaging)
- Stay up to date on opt-in laws and privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
About you :
3 to 5 years of experience working to deliver email and push notification campaignsProficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey building, automation, and data management.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve marketing technology issues.Ability to work in an agile development process to launch new featuresStrong understanding of marketing automation strategy, segmentation, and lead nurturing.Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and generate insights.Ability to conduct A / B testing and optimize digital campaigns.Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.Ability to train and support marketing teams in SFMC use.Not sure you meet every qualification?
