PT / PRN Caregivers PCA / CNA.

Requirements :

• Eligibility to work in US. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate etc.)
• Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class
• CNA license, if applicable

PPD / TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)

First Aid / CPR card (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
