About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple high-performing QSR locations in the Dallas, TX market. The ideal candidate has a passion for people development, strong operational acumen, and a proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across multiple units.

Candidates with a Hamburger University (HU) certificate or equivalent multi-unit training certification are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations for 4–6 QSR units within the assigned territory, ensuring adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.

Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and financial performance.

Monitor and analyze unit-level performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement action plans for improvement.

Recruit, train, and retain top talent across all levels of management.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, labor laws, and brand-specific guidelines.

Lead store openings, remodels, or rebranding efforts when necessary.

Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, growth strategy, and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations.

Proven leadership and people development skills; able to manage a diverse team across multiple locations.

Strong financial and analytical capabilities; able to interpret P&L reports and drive performance improvements.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High energy, hands-on leader with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between locations is required.

HU (Hamburger University) certificate or equivalent brand leadership development program preferred.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

Competitive annual salary : $75,000 – $85,000
