We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in either Berkeley Heights, NJ . The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, Kafka for event streaming platforms, and practical knowledge of at least one major cloud provider ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).

Responsibilities :

Build, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform

Configure, deploy, and maintain Kafka clusters and related streaming components

Develop and enhance CI / CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software releases

Manage containerized workloads using Docker and / or Kubernetes

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes

Ensure security, scalability, and resilience across all environments

Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in production and non-production environments

Qualifications :

3+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience

Strong expertise in Terraform and Kafka

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Proficiency with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

Experience with Linux, scripting (Python, Bash), and containerization

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
