Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, managing requirements and testing throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, refine, and validate business requirements, features, and user stories

Act as a liaison between business units, project managers, and technical teams while facilitating user acceptance testing

Assist the project manager by owning analysis and testing components, and support developers by clarifying requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience

2-3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements work

Experience with Agile processes

Ability to work independently and learn quickly

Collaborative mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
