Key Responsibilities
Own the revenue target of the territory and ensure performance
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients as the strategic point of contact
Achieve sales targets through renewals, upselling, and exploring new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or upselling account management role
Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) for managing customer interactions
Strong negotiation and presentation skills to build rapport with clients
Ability to analyze account metrics to identify trends and drive strategic decisions
Understanding of integration-based solutions
