About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Days, 4x9 hr shifts

Hours per Shift : 7 / 7 : 30 am start, ending around 4 : 30 / 5 : 00 pm

Experience : Minimum 3 years in Cardiac, Cath, or Vascular

License : State License required

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : EPIC EMR experience; TEE Cardioversion experience required

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Qualified candidates should expect a call from a specified area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the management of care for patients.

You will apply the nursing process effectively in your role.

Unit information includes 2 procedure rooms and 3 pre / post bays.

Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1 : 3.

Patients will typically undergo non-invasive cardiology procedures.

The position requires you to be on call if needed, with a 1 in 4 rotation.

Holidays will require you to work 2 of the 3 main winter holiday days.

You will also be limited to 1 day off request during specified holiday periods.

First-time travelers with at least 3 years of experience are accepted.
